GRI - Legal Issues W/O CE Credits

This course is mandatory for the GRI Designation. This Legal Issues course provides a forum for the presentation and open discussion of legal matters that real estate licensees should be aware of. Includes discussion on different topics that focus on specific laws or regulations to help students recognize what the law provides, discuss the pros and cons of the law, consider its impact upon the real estate industry and then look at ways in which you can address these concerns by implementing risk reductions measures of your own. Class will be taught via ZOOM video conferencing. Access link and course materials will be emailed prior to the class. This course will be SPLIT into 2-3 HOUR classes instead of 1-6 HOUR class. MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS ON AUGUST 19TH & 20TH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRI DESIGNATION AND/OR CE CREDIT. Instructor: James "Kimo" Stone

A Photo ID and current real estate pocket card is required at each check-in. Students must LOGIN on time and be present for 100% of the course. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeit of course fee and/or CE certification. RAM reserves the right to reschedule or substitute instructors; reschedule or cancel a class due to insufficient registration; and dismiss disruptive students from the classroom.
