Description

Representation, ethics and fair housing are the areas that generate the most legal disputes and lawsuits. WHY? These topics may seem straightforward and simple, but it is the agents’ fundamental duty and responsibility to understand and perform appropriately. The laws and rules on representation, ethics and fair housing are intended to protect the consumer, so protect yourself and gain the working knowledge to properly execute and address these issues in a transaction. 

Class will be taught via ZOOM video conferencing. Access link and course materials will be emailed prior to the class. 

This course will be SPLIT into 2-3 HOUR classes instead of 1-6 HOUR class. MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS ON APRIL 15TH & 16TH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRI DESIGNATION AND/OR CE CREDIT.

A Photo ID and current real estate pocket card is required at each check-in. Students must LOGIN on time and be present for 100% of the course. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeit of course fee and/or CE certification. RAM reserves the right to reschedule or substitute instructors; reschedule or cancel a class due to insufficient registration; and dismiss disruptive students from the classroom.
