Listing input and MLS Rules (Rules Refresher)

Description

This course features a demonstration of 2 different ways to enter a listing in Paragon MLS, including tips on using auto-fill, copying a former listing, or where to look up certain MLS input info. We will also highlight the important MLS rules to know to avoid fines or courtesy warnings. 

Course will include helpful listing tips for Single Family, Condos, and Vacant Land. Discuss ways to ensure you are maximizing your listing exposure online and to other RAM REALTORS and their clients. 

Not a CE Class.
