Raising Standards in Buyer Representation w/the Buyer Rep Contract

Thursday, April 29, 2021 (1:00 PM - 4:15 PM) (HST)

Description

It's common knowledge that the buyers representative contract is highly underutilized in Hawaii. The question is WHY? Is it because of fear of losing a potential client if they refuse to commit? If that's your issue, come to class to learn how to overcome your fear and move to a position of power and service. You'll learn:

How the Code of Ethics supports the use of the Buyer Representation Contract

How to discuss your value while explaining the HAR standard Buyer Representation Contract

How to discuss possible Dual Agency

How to modify the standard form to meet your business objectives

How to conduct an effective buyers consultation

Having a commitment means both you and the client have agreed, in advance, to a higher level of loyalty

It's simply a Win/Win!
