It's important to build a comfort level to discuss financing with your clients. Strategies of Finance: Know the Borrower will give you the basic understanding of lending so you will know the difference between a pre-qualification and pre-approval; know what is important to lenders and what they are looking for; getting to know your borrower; and understand what is important to qualify a property. Strategies of Finance: Know the Borrower is a complementary course to Strategies of Finance: Loan Choices where you will learn the ins and outs of financing. The class will be taught in person at the RAM office and on Zoom video conferencing. Instructor: Marion Haller. 3 CE Credits
