Description

This course covers HAR's Purchase Contract from A to Z. Each section is reviewed, so you can represent your clients more effectively and better prepare to anticipate, identify and resolve potential "red flags". You will understand the overall flow of the form; requirements of each section; the important time frames; responsibilities; and consequences of non-performance. Class will be taught via ZOOM video conferencing. Access link and course materials will be emailed prior to the class. This course will be SPLIT into 2-3 HOUR classes instead of 1-6 HOUR class. MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS ON SEPTEMBER 14TH & 21ST TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE 6 TOTAL CE CREDITS. Instructor: Marion Haller

A Photo ID and current real estate pocket card is required at each check-in. Students must LOGIN on time and be present for 100% of the course. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeit of course fee and/or CE certification. RAM reserves the right to reschedule or substitute instructors; reschedule or cancel a class due to insufficient registration; and dismiss disruptive students from the classroom.
