Description

The course and certification are designed to educate attendees to understand how safety and security policies and procedures, when followed carefully and consistently, can reduce their and their business’ exposure and that of their clients to criminal activity, physical threats, and cybercrime. As an interactive curriculum using real-life examples, the course instructs attendees on how to avoid the risks associated with the real estate industry, an increasing target of cybercrime. Policies and procedures are discussed to limit the chance of liability, reduce client liability, as well as to reduce the potential for personal injury and property loss on the part of employees, representatives, agents, buyers, and sellers. REQUIRED: Must attend both days to receive 6 hrs of Elective CE Credits.
