Tools to Manage Your Real Estate Transaction: zipForm Plus®, zipTMS™ and DocuSign
In this class, we will examine and demonstrate the operation of three invaluable real estate tools: zipForm Plus®, zipTMS™ and DocuSign.
We will cover: zipForm Plus®: Program layout and construction, creating new transactions, adding Contacts, Document management, filling out forms, using form tools such as Strikeout, Highlight and creating and deploying templates; zipTMS™: Creating and maintaining the Checklist (Timeline), Collaborating with others in your transaction, the History File and Notes; DocuSign: Program layout and construction, setting up a signature envelope, using templates, integration with zipForm Plus® and the consumer experience.
