Joe Erlemann built his real estate career around his dedication to advising clients, a personal strength that also defined his 20-plus years as a business owner and mentor in the direct marketing industry. Working with clients, employees, and partners helped Josef develop a keen sense of how to communicate with others about their needs and provide a supportive presence. These are qualities his real estate clients appreciate, whether they’re going through the process of buying or selling a home or investment property.

In addition to his strong work ethic and well-honed skills as a communicator and negotiator, Joe brings his knowledge and passion for Maui’s diverse housing market to his work as a Realtor. He specializes in the Maui market, as well as helping experienced, and first-time buyers purchase single-family homes, condominiums, vacant land, and investment real estate.

Outside of his work as a Realtor and real estate investor and father of three beautiful children. He lives an active lifestyle as a road cyclist and avid sailor, having sailed for the past 25 years in Hawaii, Lake Michigan, and waters throughout the world. He also enjoys water sports, cooking, and exploring Maui and the neighboring islands.
