Michelle Cendaña is a licensed Hawaii Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Maui Properties who calls the coastal town of Ka’anapali on West Maui her home.  A real estate investor for many years while serving in the military on active duty, Michelle became a real estate agent immediately following her retirement as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army.

Her passion and commitment are to help clients reach their goals in owning or selling their homes or investing in rental properties.  In each transaction, Michelle demonstrates her fiduciary responsibilities with utmost professionalism, high level of service, diligence, and integrity.

Michelle combines cutting-edge technology and clients’ goals to ensure her clients sell properties at the highest price and best terms and buy properties at exceptional price in any market.

Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University.  Michelle fluently speaks English, Tagalog and Pangasinan.

In her personal time, Michelle enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, reading, singing, and volunteering to a non-profit Christian ministry.
