Born and raised on Maui, Renee P. Kaiama began working in the business of real estate as a Mortgage Loan Processor for a few years and excelled to become a Mortgage Loan Officer after the Gulf War ended.  For 25 years she assisted home buyers and home owners obtain financing for their real estate.  Renee was fortunate in those years to have built relationships with many Real Estate Agents on Maui and Developers from both Maui and Oahu as she worked alongside them as the financer for their clients and customers.  Renee obtained her Real Estate license in the year 2000.  And activated her license as she started working as a Real Estate Agent and Rental Property Manager with Windermere Valley Isle Properties.  Renee Kaiama currently has her own Real Estate Brokerage Company   …    MAUI REAL ESTATE 808.  She has many years of experience and knowledge on the various aspects of real estate financing and transactioning, that often goes to benefit her clients and customers.  She is also well endowed in the detailing’s of various Hawaii real estate property types.
