Description

This course uses an interactive approach to examine professional responsibilities imposed upon real estate licensees under fiduciary duty and applicable licensing law. In addition, this course we will teach students how to use widely available forms to: 1) educate clients concerning important aspects of their real estate transaction; and 2) remind practitioners of their responsibilities. Finally, you will learn how to organize and draft email messages and other correspondence to effectively confirm important conversations in a pending real estate transaction.
