Description

This Paragon Shorts class will investigate the Additional Functions button. When you invite your Prospects to Collab Center, they have more functionality than listing classification (Favorite, Possible, Reject), creating custom folders and adding comments. Using the Additional functionality button (right of the Details report button), they can Email listings to whoever they want; add private comments to listing that they and you can see; see public Associated Documents (disclosures); request a property visit; share the listing to Facebook; select 3rd party integrations and more. If setup, they can even make an offer on a home that is sent just to you. With their intension to make an offer on a home, you get with your client to perfect the offer so you can then send it to the Listing Agent.
