(Overview and Expectation) 

Real Estate Brokers are held to a higher standard when conducting business and closing transactions. The course reinforces this by focusing on identifying and reviewing the laws & rules that govern real estate licensees and expected conduct in the Code of Ethics. Most importantly, the course emphasizes brokers' responsibilities. 

Objectives: 

• Identify laws, rules, NAR Code of Ethics, standards and practices that pertain to all Hawaii real estate licensees

• Focus on specific items that are significant to broker licensees 

• Increase awareness and understanding of a broker’s professional and ethical obligations and responsibilities

• Reduce risk in a broker’s real estate practice
