In Strategies of Listing: Establishing Market Value (CMA) you will learn your role as the real estate agent in pricing a property, the principles of evaluation, and an understanding of the external and internal influences that impact market value. Students will analyze market statistics and trends, prepare a Comparative Market Analysis, and guide owners to a realistic market value range. Strategies of Listing: Establishing Market Value (CMA) is a complementary course to Strategies of Listing: Getting the Listing where you will gain a better understanding of the scope of work involved in preparing for a listing presentation prior to meeting with the Seller and Strategies of Listing: Exclusive Right to Sell where you will gain a better understanding and proper usage of the Exclusive Right to Sell form.
