Chad was raised with the surf and the sun on the island of Maui, an upbringing that’s instantly apparent. Don’t let his mellow and amenable character fool you - Chad has an unmatched attention to detail and a taste for the finer things in life. His love for the best of the best began to shine while mixing up top shelf cocktails for discerning Andaz Wailea guests, and now his passion is helping people in search of the perfect home, condo or land on Maui. 

Outside of work you’ll find him traveling across the globe, hiking Maui trails, catching waves, and rarely missing a sunset. Chad is extremely close with his parents and sister; a top notch Kihei family with great values and solid roots. They came to Maui in 1987 when his father was contracted to build resorts and houses on Maui. Now Chad has teamed up with Dennis Rush and the Rush team to help you find your place in Paradise!
